Oh yes, I did. Made the first few tentative steps into dress #8!

I got the dress attached to the crinolines, more or less (back to #7,  name to be announced) and got a yen to start figuring out the skirt of the next one.  It is a challenge to not work on it, because the fabric is sitting there taunting me!  It will have a full skirt, slightly gathered at the waist.  It is not stretch fabric so it will need……a zipper.  Maybe.  It should have a zipper, but I am thinking of ways to figure out how to do it without one.  I hate putting in zippers and I hate having to ask for help in the dressing room.  This is the pondering, mulling and stewing part of the process for me.

Back to working on the sleeves tomorrow.  Here is one photo of the bad tests I did.
